Sprinkle the whole bag of granules onto the litter tray with the existing cat litter.
If your cat is picky, mix the granules into the cat litter or only sprinkle half the bag.

After your cat urinates, wait up to 5 minutes to see any colour change. If the colour of the granules changes from yellow to one of the following colours, it is recommended to consult a veterinarian.
Green - Proteinuria
Blue - Hematuria
Pink - Alkaluria

If there are any colour changes, take a photo of the litter tray with the granules that have changed colour. Speak to your veterinarian professional.
